Please realize the importance of taking good self-care. There is only one of you in this world! You have something to give that no one else can give. If you have not found the “something” yet–you will, but doing so will take giving yourself some quiet space as an ongoing practice. Think, meditate, pray. Ask God to help you realize what will bring more meaning and purpose to daily life.
Here are 3 very short videos, each will definitely change how you are feeling–and give you a break:

Treat yourself like a friend whom you appreciate and enjoy their presence.
Monitor your thoughts and imaginings. Block any of these that you would not want your best friend to have in her or his mind.
Being kind to yourself is a loving thing to do.
Loving yourself through doing good self-care will bring impressive improvements to your life.
Consider doing some venturesome–even audacious–efforts that help you feel alive.
Be as kind to yourself–that one and only person you are–as you would be to those in your life who you love.
Join the party life has to offer!
