Joy Le Page Smith’s written work has been published in the USA, England and Germany. As a certified chaplain, Joy has served in hospice, hospitals and jail settings. Currently, Joy is Director of Pastoral Care at Havasu Regional Medical Center where she supervises a 24/7 team of chaplains.

Her book, The Chaplain is In: Journey to Health and Happiness will help readers improve their physical, mental and spiritual health. Other books are titled Why Not Make the Trip Worthwhile? and The Little Mountain Goat Who Was Afraid of High Places. This book is intended to help people who want to get free of addictions.

Joy has a B.A. in psychology and an M.A. in theology. Within her writing and her work as a chaplain, Joy teaches what she refers to as “God’s psychology.”
